Meta Quest 3 teleop with IsaacLab
This talk details a low-cost, full-body humanoid teleoperation setup using Meta Quest 3, NVIDIA RTX, and IsaacLab/IsaacSim, bridging headset data into the simulation.
This talk describes how to achieve full body teleoperation of humanoid robot (in simulation) using the Meta Quest 3, an NVIDIA RTX Workstation, and IsaacLab/IsaacSim. This project is a proof of concept. I will be presenting the setup, demonstrating the teleop (via prerecorded videos since I cannot bring my RTX4090 workstation), and discussing next steps. The talk will include a concise but detailed walk-through of the necessary code and configuration files used to bridge the Meta Quest 3 data stream into IsaacLab/IsaacSim.
