Real Estate Voice AI Interface
Learn how a real estate domain expert built a voice AI interface, detailing frontend/backend implementation, model constraints, and hallucination reduction techniques.
In this talk and demo, I will share how and why I built a voice-based AI interface for real estate websites — coming from a domain background rather than a technical one.
I’ll start by explaining the real estate problem this idea comes from: mobile-first users, complex property websites, and the fact that most real interactions already happen through voice or messaging — just too late in the process.
I’ll then walk through how the idea evolved into a working product, how I approached frontend and backend implementation with limited technical experience, how I chose and constrained the AI model, and how I reduced hallucinations by enforcing server-first logic and structured data.
