Overview
A walkthrough of an AI system designed to take natural language and generate manufacturable hardware outputs. Built at a recent hackathon. I’ll show the vision, what we actually got working (LLM-generated CAD models), what we hardcoded for the demo, and the honest gaps between the dream and current reality. Lessons on scoping AI hardware projects and where the real technical challenges lie.
